We provide a comprehensive assessment of ongoing projects utilizing benchmarks adopted by the Project Management Institute (PMI^®) and others to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. We assign a colour code to each area considered, where Green is an area that is performing well, and needs no further action. Amber would refer to an area that needs attention as its performance can be improved, or is showing signs of distress, and Red is an area that needs immediate attention.

We assess the organizational and individual capabilities in Project Management along the respective pre-defined competency frameworks such as the PMI^®’s Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3). We then recommend a comprehensive set of actions that will move the organization and staff to where they are better equipped to achieve the organizational objectives.

Based on our assessment, which is based on the organizational capability and competency framework, and the identified specific desired changes that would bring the organization to a higher level of Project Management Maturity, we would either facilitate the implementation of the recommended actions through the designated project manager, who would be a resource in the client’s organization. Or alternatively we would undertake the implementation of the recommended actions utilizing our own resources.

We provide seasoned Project Managers who are certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI^®) under the Professional Project Managers (PMP) scheme. These can manage projects on behalf of the client, or can coach and support the client’s management in their Project Management endeavours.

For large projects, we provide a full complement of Project Office resources, who will start by developing a customized set of procedures and templates to suit the specifics of the project. Then they would use these procedures and templates to run the Project Office.

We provide project support services, such as schedulers, and technical support.
